5 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons peanut butter
3 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons yogurt
2 tablespoons carob powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Whisk the avocado, egg and sugar in a blender.
Add the peanut butter, yogurt and vanillin and then mix softly.
Finally, add the cocoa, carob and baking powder and homogenize all ingredients.
While using a spoon, place small portions of the mixture on a release paper and then bake in a preheated oven in 180 ℃ for 12 minutes.
Add black chocolate on top, or sprinkle with oat if you wish.
