1/2 pack puff pastry sheets or 1 package of whole-wheat puff pastry
350g ground beef
1/3 cup dry apricots chopped into small pieces or other dry fruits
1/4 cup cranberries
1 apple chopped
160g cream cheese
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1/3 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon mustard
Salt-pepper
Olive oil
Sesame (optionally)
Cook the ground beef in a frying pan with a little bit of oil until golden brown. Then, place the dry fruits, the apple and seasonings.
Remove from the fire and season. Add the mustard and cream cheese until all ingredients are homogenized.
Cut the puff pastry sheet in vertical lines, place a tablespoon of the mixture at the beginning of the line, then spread olive oil on top and finally fold the sheet downwards by creating a triangle. Sprinkle with water.
(If you are using a whole-wheat puff pastry, fold it by creating triangle pieces, place the mixture and then spread with egg.)
Spread with sesame and then bake in a preheated oven in 180 ℃ for 15-20 minutes.
